Pros

Various employee perks still remain. Some passionate and hard-working people. Pay grade above standard for certain roles. Perks and employee events were a lot better pre-TKO.

Cons

Management has clear favorites and office politics are the way to get ahead. Way too competitive and tense between teammates. Nonstop schedule of more and more events. Pointless TKO town hall meetings where Mark is more interested in talking about UFC and PBR than anything of WWE employee interest. Expected to oversee multiple sports entertainment companies and TKO purchases. Some significant perks taken away by TKO. More ads, more partnerships, but what about employee satisfaction?
