Pros

You will have a job and be paid

Cons

Terrible morale. Constant feeling that your job may not be there the next day. No work life balance. No one cares about you. Upper management has zero regard for your time. You might expect to sit in the office waiting to be called into a meeting until 9:30pm only for it to be canceled at 9:29pm

Pros

Great learning opportunities, you will grow more in 6 months at WWE than you will be 2 years at another company. Really fun and talented colleagues. Always on cutting edge of new technology.

Cons

Very hierarchy structure is very firm. There is a sense of fear of the senior level executives. One mistake and they will fire you. There is never a strong sense of job security.
