Pros

You were able to live off of wrestling for a living. The money was good and a huge potential to grow financially.

Cons

You could be released at any time. There's no benefits, no health insurance and the contracts were extremely one-sided.

Pros

You will have a job and be paid

Cons

Terrible morale. Constant feeling that your job may not be there the next day. No work life balance. No one cares about you. Upper management has zero regard for your time. You might expect to sit in the office waiting to be called into a meeting until 9:30pm only for it to be canceled at 9:29pm
