Unfortunately, it's a toxic work environment. Due to poor HQ location, they cannot hire top talent so they too often promote from within or hire their local friends. This leaves teams with people who lack the skills to do the job which inhibits progress. Leadership turnover is very high causing constant instability and lack of representation for teams. Overall, people can be negative and disgruntled because they are affected by a lack of company support and a toxic culture.
