      Crazy and fun with an always changing environment

      Pros

      an experience that will never be matched; a great community.

      Cons

      was only there for 3 years and my whole department was moved (seating and floors) at least 3 times, changed bosses at least 3 times and went through so much infrastructure changes it was detrimental to the work.

      Pros

      The company setting is very laid back, people are extremely friendly. From day 1, multiple employees went out of their way to introduce themselves and the share the department they worked for. They always offered help if needed. Free tickets to shows were a plus for perm. employees. Stephanie McMahon & Triple H always made time to say good morning, extremely friendly.

      Cons

      Some upper management was on a power trip, and few were unfriendly. Some departments kept to themselves, were not as friendly as others.

      Pros

      I've met some of the most amazing talents here. They had a few very capable, passionate, fun and creative folks. Had they done more to keep them, things might have been different or more successful.

      Cons

      The entire place was managed by fear of upper management. There was a lot of bottleneck. Most importantly, the ones who were making the calls (or given exposure to influence the decisions of higher leaders) were not very knowledgeable. And any credit from success that came from the bottom up sat on the desk of the people who had nothing to do with it.
