Pros

Good salary. On the job training. If you do your job well, you don’t have many problems.

Cons

Incredibly negative company culture, most people there hate their jobs and lives, zero accountability, casual harassment especially of women can be witnessed almost everyday. Incredibly cheap for a multi billion dollar company.

Small company vibe

Pros

Prior to UFC merger, WWE had a small family run business vibe with the McMahon family running most of the operation with employee perks usually found with family owned companies such as in-house gym, free tickets to shows, transportation assistance, etc. Compensation, especially with more senior levels was comparable to larger firms. Tended to be at the forefront of emerging technology with such things as the WWE Network, active social media presence, and even investment in techology startups.

Cons

Internally political, with those that get ahead willing to play the game. Conservative atmosphere with the McMahons calling the shots. UFC has cut staff post-merger and seems to view WWE as a cash source.
