Pros

Very high volume amount of work done at break neck speed, means you get to work on plenty of fun projects. You can build an incredible portfolio. If you like professional wrestling then you'll be very happy working here. Compensated well.

Cons

24/7. Changes, changes and more changes. You must watch WWE weekly shows when you get home from work, and be very up on the product. They expect you to work from office M-F. No remote. Not much room for advancement.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance your life is give. To the job Extremely too heavy Upper management loaded with people in VP and SVP roles that are redundant especially in the TV studio operation side Road production crew full of people that are just there cause they are massive fans of wrestling vs production
