Pros

Constant innovation, fascinating business, many fantastic people who are devout brand promoters and know & love the product intimately. Working with the digital team was always fun. Alas, they almost all got booted in a big round of layoffs.

Cons

Power struggles and entrenched senior management positions mean ideas and people get shot down. Causes a lot of talent churn. People are either lifers or stay 1-2 years and spin out. Internal politics are as wild as the storylines.
