Pros

The company encourages you to challenge the status quo. They have top talent at all levels and respect everyone's input. Feels like a start-up but and you have the opportunity to directly contribute. Been life long fan (over 40 years) of WWE and working here is as great as you can imagine.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Cons

* Toxic working environment * Say only what leaders want to hear not what they should hear * Culture of managing up only and treating subordinates as expendable

The entire department is full of wonderful people. Opportunities to learn and grow! Great if you are eager and catch on quick.

Cons

Could use some updates on small office equipment.
