Pros

Prospecting WWE employee be warned, the WWE will wreck your career. You will be attracted to join the WWE for the 20% premium to avg pay for your role, the ability to work across live entertainment, and a lofty title. I write this review for all ages but primarily for the millennials. Also, this is not a female-friendly work space.

Cons

What they will not tell you; annual employee turnover since 2012 has been 40%, FACT. That one thing should make any level employee rethink it. You may put that aside believing that you are joining a big name brand company and that will add value to your future resume-STOP. Every HR/Headhunter already knows about the WWE. Nothing in your potential as an employee will appreciate from the work you contribute to the WWE. You need to protect yourself and career potential, work at the liquor store across the street before the WWE.

Pros

It's a unique experience to work for a brand that has a tangible real life experience. When attending events with clients, you can't help but feel proud when the crowd is cheering. It's an energy like no other.

Cons

They have a problem with talent churn. Human Resources department at the time did not seem to appreciate the importance of finding ways to hold onto talent internally, even if interests are to change departments, rather then let them leave.
