Pros

I will leave this space for the WWE HR people that abuse glassdoor

Cons

It would seem as though VKM has either gotten really sick (and he's a huge germaphobe), gone on the Trump trail, or is digging a deep grave for his in house CEO GB. The Network internally has been really great and our fans love it but the financial side of it has been abysmal. It feels like we are going to be sold to someone or worse- the accounting /finance/3rd floor people keep leaving the company! What do they all know!!!

Pros

WWE is a great company to have on paper on your resume. You will get to work on cool stuff that reaches millions of fans/ppl. Great learning experience and great stepping stone in your career.......Vince really does rock IRL.

Cons

If you are into office politics, favoritism, racism, sexual harassment, breaking rules and laws - this place is for you! If you are white or indian, you will have a decently long career. If you are anything but those, MAX you will stay there is 3 years. Place is a ticking time bomb of law suits ready to go off.

Fast-paced, challenging, lots of politics

Pros

Amazing team, some of the best I've ever worked with. Plenty of resources for new projects, can get new things to market quickly and try them on huge audiences. Great benefits and decent work environment.

Cons

Heavy internal office politics, rapid shifts in direction and leadership staffing. When you get support, you get full support. When you don't, you never know why. When you lose support, it's a total mystery. Lots of things get built and never launched.
