Pros

Your co-workers are some of the nicest and most hard-working people you'll meet in the industry

Cons

WWE was once a place where, despite its challenges, you could learn a great deal about TV production. Before the Endeavor acquisition, the C-level executives focused on helping employees grow, gradually entrusting them with larger, more significant projects. Now, however, the focus seems to have shifted towards self-promotion among executives. It’s an environment to avoid at all costs. Lastly, the HR department, led by the Dolores Umbridge of WWE --> Meredith H, is incredible shady. The misconduct that they allow to happen under their watch is astounding. Remember this is a company that allegedly sex trafficked their employees and didn’t bat an eye.
