Pros

Good compensation and benefits packages. Company spares no expense with regards to travel and other benefits.

Cons

Highly political, leadership is out to lunch especially at the C-level. Revolving door outside of the McMahon family. Toxic corporate culture.

Pros

Great atmosphere, friendly and intelligent co workers, lots to do and a lot you can learn off your peers and senior managers. Great place to start your career and get to know the ins and outs of the entertainment world

Cons

work-life balance is non existent, very political and stressful environment and executive managers control everything and will make decisions based off business need not necessarily logical.
