Pros
Staffing, back office are so nice. Willing to help. The clients that comes in are absolutely amazing. My office was so considerate of me having kids and possibly needing to leave. Work life balance was pretty nice. The benefits are amazing.
Cons
the lack of offering a product and then changing the product. Its frustrating. Which I understand things change, but it's hard when your prospecting and saying one thing then have to turn around and say another thing. Also with the change, your asking management to go sell products when they were never trained to do this and to put so much pressure on them is a lot. It's new to them so give them time.
