The pay is horrible!! Most people have to work a 2nd job since the pay is so low. And the bonuses suck. No matter how hard you work, you don't get a good bonus. Some managers don't do anything and are always calling out or leaving early.

Small mindedness through out all branches if your not liked you better get use to being a teller and not moving up. Gossip and cattiness between branches and employees. Lack of cohesive practices between corporate and branches. Oh and don't forget the mediocre pay :)
