      Pros

      There are so many pros when working for Wafd Bank. They offer an amazing total comp package that includes competitive pay and generous benefits. Wafd Bank continues to pay a very large percentage of our insurance premiums. You won’t find another 401K plan like Wafd Banks’s either. Once eligible, they offer a match of up to 4% that is awarded every pay period and a profit sharing contribution at the end of the calendar year. Historically that amount has been 7% as approved by our board. There are many career growth opportunities across all departments. I cannot wait to see the continued success of Wafd Bank! We are moving into a digital first world and with the knowledge and expertise of our leaders we will continue to be on top! I love what I do and I get to make a difference!! I am so excited to be back with Wafd Bank!

      Pros

      WaFd Bank has an incredible culture and fantastic people to work for and with. They do care about their employees and customers, you are not just another number. It's old school banking, the way banking should be. WaFd has a great lineup of banking products, both deposit and lending.

      Cons

      I have not seen the negatives that are not currently being addressed.
