      Pros

      Employed here 5 yrs.-- from a merger with another bank. I find the people here are outstanding to work with. Each department takes ownership of their stuff, then work together for the good of the company. New Colleagues are asked to "presume good will" and "be nice." Simple, but makes an environment I truly appreciate. The CEO asks two things, "Love what you do. Make a difference." Not that hard, I'm super glad to be here.

      While my compensation is competitive, I understand the branch positions could be higher.

      Pros

      I love working here. The hours are great, I enjoy the people I work with, management is fantastic because they have a great sense of character, I learn something new almost everyday. Family comes first, which makes me want to work here even longer. Fantastic values, and you get holidays and weekends off!

      Pay is low, lack of training for new employees
