Business Outlook
Pros
I have my own desk, our office is well organized, and my pay is fair for an entry level position. There isn't a lot of sales pressure. I have a lot of support from my team mates. Our office feels like my family. It's a very low impact as far as manual labor goes, environment. My customers although confused with our changes are great.
Cons
The company invested a lot of money into this great new system, but the bugs were not fixed before launch date leading to many awkward explanations, and corrections. Although, the system is much more efficient than the prior one, it needs faster servers to process the demand.
