      Pros

      Eager to train on new and more difficult tasks-great work environment for experience Immediate Supervisor open to discussions about pretty much anything

      Cons

      Salaries way below industry medians for the area across the board Benefits are not great and are being chipped away at every quarter/half-year it seems

      Pros

      The work environment is nice, clean, indoors, federal holidays we get off, Employees are friendly, no layoffs, insurance benefits are available, 401 K good too.

      Cons

      They ask everyone to wear to many different hats. They continue to dump more and more jobs and responsibilities on you without any additional conpensation. They pay is very low for the industry but if you can live with that and want a job without fear of layoff then this is the place to be.

      Pros

      We are loyal to community, clients and colleagues. We place high value on simply being nice and presuming good will when serving colleagues and clients. We have the culture of a small community bank, but the strength of a big bank. We are one of the strongest financial institutions in America. We have a great 401K retirement. Good benefits. We have nice employees. We have a CEO and Executive Management Committee who are disciplined, genuine and believe in and live by our corporate values.

      Cons

      Most of the cons center around antiquated technology. Over the next several months we will implement a new core system that will allow us to be more effective in our processes.
