      Pros

      Health Benefits weren't bad and WAFD does pay for most of it. The clients were great

      Cons

      I wasn't allowed to do my job. I felt used all the time and was not valued at all. Or atleast wasn't shown The! The back office can be a pain to deal with. It always seems like they put the cart before the horse. There were times the branches didn't know policy changed until we got in trouble for it. Also it depends on who you talk to depended on what the policy was. The only reason I stayed for as long as I did was because of the clients and the false promise of allowing me to actually do my job.

      Pros

      Schedule, vacation days, bonuses for those who qualified

      Cons

      No chance of moving up. Their hourly pay is horrendous when you compare to other banks, especially for their expectations. They hit you with but our “bonus” ok but what do you say to those employees at branches that don’t get nearly any foot traffic and never qualify for a bonus.
