5yThank you for your comment and would welcome a chance to discuss in person. Each year we do analyze pay grid and look for inequities and take steps to correct. The current level of stimulus injected into the economy as a result of the Pandemic and the incentives we are paying the unemployed is creating a huge imbalance. This can be seen with record number of job openings in the economy. I am very proud of the opportunity WaFd bank provides, notwithstanding the short term aberrations that are currently occurring.
