      Entices employees to join the organizaron under false pretenses then punishes employees who don’t “fit” with bullying behavior. and intimidation.

      Cons

      A highly tribe-like culture of incompetence and bullying.

      Pros

      Managers are very competent and genuinely care about their employees. They let you work and really respect your time. Feedback is given every month and is actually useful! The feedback is also balanced with encouragement and insight. They encourage you to learn here, work as part of a team, and make sure to provide enough support for you to actually grow.

      Cons

      None to really speak of.
