      Opportunity to work with simply great people Tech forward management team Financially, one of the strongest banks in America Well positioned in growth markets

      It takes effort to build a bank and stay on top of the industry. Great opportunity to be a part of WaFd Bank's growth.

      Good, but could be better

      Pros

      During my time there most coworkers and management were friendly, fair and wanted to help each other and customers. Nice mix of people. No weekends!

      Cons

      The base pay was too low, and so was the commissions. If company could improve on that by a lot, would be a better job experience.
