      High-school atmosphere in branches Other employees stabbing others in the back Company will cover their tails then rather deal with underline issues. Next man/women up?

      Not Sales Driven!

      Pros

      Lots of great clients to work with. You are capable of building great relationships. Not a very sales driven bank. They often look from within to promote as opposed to hiring externally. Bonus structure is easy to understand.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Every position seems to have a large work load. You end up doing more work than may be listed in your job description. Bonus period is only twice yearly.
