      Strong Company, Opportunities to Expand, Adequate Pay

      Pros

      This company has clear set goals and a very strong base. There is always room to move up and change positions as you gain experience. The company has a very generous 401k program. It also allows new hires to earn and use vacation days immediately upon hire.

      Cons

      The pay is lacking and annual raises barely cover inflation and cost of living. The only real raises you get are if you change positions or if minimum wage goes up.

      Strong wages. Bonus plan. Stock awards. Great 401k match.

      Cons

      Could probably add more front line staff.

      Pros

      The best employer I have ever had. Supportive and inclusive team environment with incredible benefits. You matter, direct contact with District manager and even regional president. The care and energy given to employees is directly passed on to clients creating a dependable family environment.

      Cons

      Still working on implementing better training initiatives, but listens to feedback and recommendations.
