Not worth the headache

Pros

Good health insurance and free soda

Cons

The BSA team is undermanned and is constantly in a stat of chaos. The managers are good but they are constantly overruled and ignored by their leadership. The schedule for completing assignments is unreasonable and many people end up working up to 60 hours per week. Many of the experienced and certified analysts left for banks and other financial institutions where they're treated with respect.

terrible pay, terrible management, always understaffed, terrible customer service, no benefits

Pros

Company will match up to 4% contribution, plus add an extra 7% on top of that! That turns my 4% into 15% every year!

Cons

Salary lower that competition, but they make up for it in long term incentives. Plus, you get the opportunity to make up the difference with bonus 2x year.
