Pros
Xorail is quickly growing as a company and looks to grow in the near future. Most managers are flexible in work hours and as a whole, the employees are outgoing and very friendly resulting on a good working atmosphere.
Cons
The company may be growing too quickly. The management styles try to mimic the larger companies that work with and for, but the company culture is still one of a small "Mom & Pop" shop. Promotions are next to impossible and there are few set policies to refer to in your day to day activities.
