Pros

Not a perfect company, which means there are plenty of things to make better. Senior leadership encourages and supports individuals who want to make things better, and empowers them to do so. Also, best health insurance I have ever had in my life!!! Hands down!

Cons

Not for those who like to be told everything they need to do each day. Also not the best place to check boxes and go home. Critical thinking and a little crazy boldness is a must at times.

- You get lied to often from leadership - Their bonus structure only benefits those at the top and you are lucky if there is any left for you after they take what they want - They aren't professional when it comes to listening to concerns of employees and leadership actively bullies employees
