Pros

We have the most amazing and creative customer base of any other company I can think of. I love seeing the things artists do with our products. It makes the whole job fun.

Cons

It's a small company with little room for advancement.

Pros

The management teams and the people who do the work are wonderful to work with

Cons

-Currently the company is going through an much needed extensive reorganization. While this has caused the typical/expected discomfort, the decision making has not changed to fit the new structure. -There are executive VPs that will say inappropriate statements in groupd settings and treat each other like 5 year olds. Their egos are larger than this company. -This is not a positive environment for women - the executives come from old school behavior. Unfortunately this will not change any time soon, since they keep hiring within their own network.

Pros

Great focus on consumer experience. Lots of dedicated support to the entire spectrum of customers; from professional artists, to those who simply want to have a handwritten signature on their emails. Lots of small, unexpected perks and/or time off to employees help with work-life balance. Office is in a nice area, near many residential communities great for families.

Cons

Career opportunities were lacking; poor department leadership makes it difficult to retain talent. Hard to track towards realistic long-term goals.
