Pros

Creative and flexible with a broad product portfolio that spans a hugely diverse range of verticals. Very strong global team and some fantastic people work here.

Cons

Too European focused and not enough specific country dynamics included in overall strategy. Can be quite a niche product (main product group) and needs a lot of effort to shift a little in terms of growth
