Favoritism is crazy And they have no problem keeping you from your family life.. Want people that are all about waffle house and forget family comes first..

Unit manager- no work/life

● Fair to good financial compensation ● Vacation time ● Stock option ● Great place to gain experience

Cons

● Poor upline support ● 2 hour long meetings that could easily be summarized into a 4 to 6 paragraph email or text ● Terrible work/life balance ● Unable to fire employees caught buying, selling, and using drugs or stealing ● Possibly working 3+ shifts straight due to call offs ●Difficult to staff slow shifts (I've seen servers work 2-9pm and only make $25)
