      Pros

      Great customers Pretty much free reign when management wasn't there. A lot of "free food"

      Cons

      Dirty Stressful Management doesn't care Crazy back to back shifts with 10 hours in between on weekends. Working 2PM-9PM friday, then 7AM-2PM saturday Very little raises Revolving door of co-workers

      Working long hours, all holidays, most weekends. Hard to staff due to wages.

      Pay isn't bad and the work isn't that hard. Stock options is a good incentive to stay. Upper management is always there to help.

      Cons

      Holidays and almost all weekends. Finding quality people is always a challenge and you usually aren't working with the highest class of people
