Pros

Good teamwork among hourly employees; fun & unique environment, cult following among customers.

Cons

Upper management (District & above) is uneducated, cannot spell, simpletons. Slavedriver mentality, asking blood from unit managers and employees with little-to-no benefits or thank-yous in return. Pay is minimal, career waitresses are ancient hags who consider themselves to be the real managers because they have infinitely more experience than any mangers hired, and therefore have no respect for management. Customer base is mostly white trash, and low-tipping. Shifts can be brutal when they are overnight and not busy, they seem to last forever.
