Pros

The tips on first shift are great and I've met some really nice people from working there.

Cons

It's stressful working here. I absolutely hate when I have to go to work because other servers and managers I work with intimidate me and are sometimes rude and expect you to understand everything after a week of training. I also work with a manager that's racist and will say anything to you. I never knew that a job could be so stressful. There are times when I felt like crying and quiting on the spot because of the stress and being overwhelmed....another thing about working at waffle house is its very dirty!! It's terrible . There needs to be something done about the roach problem . I panicked when I seen it and when I told my manager about it she acted as if she's seen them since birth ... I HATE THIS JOB !! And I'm currently looking for another one

Pros

I loved talking to the customers after I cooked their food. If they weren't satisfied, I'd insist on remaking it for them.

Cons

Working from 9 pm to 7 am is a really tough shift to handle if you're not used to it. The pay was not enough for the amount of drunks I had to deal with
