      Only pro is weekly pay in cash

      Managment touts Waffle House as a company that "promotes from within"-this is far from the truth. The only hope you have for advancing into a management position is to be recruited by a college headhunter or sponsored on an immigration visa from a foreign country. Management routinely overlooks legal violations such as drug use, sexual harrassment and religious discrimination. Payroll (if your paycheck is ever correct) is shady...best advice, WATCH YOUR W-2s carefully. I advised the Tax Dept. several times last year the amount of taxes held while working as a Grill Operator were incorrect. I am left owing several hundred dollars this year I can not afford to pay.

      you can always count on them for a job they have health benefits the enviornment is very comfotrtable the hours are flexible

      Cons

      washing your own dishes the food is inexpensive resulting in lower tips
