Pros

They are really good at working with your schedule and emergencies (one employee has brought a child to work) with appropriate crayons and books etc. because she didn't have a babysitter!

Cons

The waitresses don't make any money... The first shifters do but those positions are always for the women that spent decades with the company! PLUS the waitresses do most of the prep, the waffles, bus tables, wash dishes, mop, cleans restrooms ALL FOR 2.50???

Pros

Once you are employed by Waffle House, you can have a long career.

Cons

If you have to quit because you moved to another city, it is impossible to get a job at another Waffle House in Tennessee

Pros

This is a company that will never go out of business so you will always have a job

Cons

The hours you have to work are ridiculous, and if you cant find someone to fill a spot than get ready to work it. The chain of command is always suggested in times of trouble but if you go hire than your inner circle of management than you are considered a problem employee
