Pros

The best reason was to get experience being a waitress, I just turned 18 at the time.

Cons

Not the cleanest place, lots of truckers came in and tipped terribly especially when it was the "all you can eat" time of the day, they were quite gross. Also right away they had me working night shift and It was hard work on me and its not the type of shift I want to be taking at my age.

owner/operator involvement willing to try new ideas, inability to advance as a women if a man is the runner up, ask too much of manager, rumor mill allowed
