Pros

Co-workers are good for the most part and lower managment works HARD. They are expected to not have a life but do it with a smile. Bonuses are preformance based.

Cons

Upper Managment sucks and I was one of them. Too much is expected of you for the money and very high turover rate. Wont get rid of the people they need to cause they are "connected"

Pros

Pay in cash every week, health care, dental, every 6 months you get a paid vacation, christmas bonus in cash, very good with scheduling enough hours.

Cons

Customers can be very rude and picky. Some don't even tip. Very fast paced and stressful, work is on your feet for all 7 hours, no food break or snack if busy. They dont like you to sit down, lots of cleaning and lifting.

Pros

Money and growth opportunities. They have a good initia training program that last about 14 weeks. Hands on leadership and management. 3 weeks vacation per year.

Cons

Work weekends and holidays. Long hours- 50 plus hours per week average. Have to return in the evening for shift changes. Some cost and processes are outdated. Wide range of capacities in upper management
