Depends on your team, but i love to cook, the people are interesting, and even though a flat food rate is taken out of your paycheck, it's GOOD. :D

Cons

I wish I got paid more, but I think getting Master Grill Operator should help that.

as long as you choose to stay you will always have a job. They never fire people.

Cons

Hours worked do not constitute the pay. We put in an average of 70-80 hours a week. No time for family. You miss out on every holiday.

Good money, 6:30am-3:30pm hours (as long as there aren't any problems), two consecutive days off at a time, good chance to move up if you are willing to play their games.

Cons

On call 24 hours a day, have to return to store at 8:30pm three days per week, Area management ignores corporate guidelines in order to meet corporate financial requirements, no POS system.
