Pros

Money, your the highest paid cook in town, company is still growing fast

Cons

your a cook, then after cooking from 7am -2pm your doing all the manager stuff. On call 24/7 except on your days off. You work your hardest on the holidays, no holidays off, these are the times you make the most money but the personal life will suffer.

Pros

The mix of customers is very eclectic. It's kind of a more relaxed place to work. The work is generally fun.

Cons

If you work third (night) shift, you may not make minimum wage because there aren't enough customers. Trying to get management to compensate for the lack of minimum wage is like pulling hen's teeth. They will lie to you and do what ever will benefit them.
