Pros

Weekly Pay Can make good money during the holiday seasons

Cons

Having to do dishes while serving instead of having a dedicated dish washer Second shift takes the brunt of the side work but other shifts have expected side work as well that can be a pain after serving for eight hours Managers tend to hire anyone, so unfortunetly many coworkers are unreliable which adds to the stress of the job You're expected to multitask different tasks like doing dishes while calling out orders.

Pros

Plenty of hours if you want it kind customers, always interesting.

Cons

People think waffle House's lawless and is not, no support from upper management when there were problems, servers could come in high, not come in at all, be on FaceTime on their phones at tables, and no disciplinary action, every shift $3 is taken out of your check because the owner who's worked $2 million dollars, takes $3 out of every shift for employee meals.
