Pros

- good pay - 3; 6 day paid vacations (vacations start on your normal 2 days off and end on your next normal 2 days off so you get 6 days of working days off) - stock options -health insurance - room for advancement - promote within the company - great training program for managers - great co-workers - good development

Cons

- 65+ hour work weeks - no control over your own schedule - solo cooking everyday - poor communication - poor staffing - no sick days and not allowed to call out - long driving distances sometimes - having to do shift changes on the busiest nights so you lose a lot of time for yourself - lose time with family and friends

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate the dedication and hard work you put into your role. It’s great to hear that you found value in the pay, benefits, stock options, and career growth opportunities, as well as the supportive training program and team environment. We also recognize the concerns you raised regarding long hours, shift transitions, and the impact on work-life balance. We understand that maintaining a balance between professional and personal life is important, and we are continually working to improve scheduling and staffing efficiency to better support our Associates. Your feedback regarding shift changes and their timing is particularly valuable, and we will take it into consideration as we look for ways to enhance our operations. Thank you again for your time with us and for your honest feedback as it helps us grow and improve. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Weekly Pay Bonuses Flexible schedule

Cons

The more responsibility the less of a personal life you have. Managers and their “favorites” Upper management have EXTREMELY HORRIBLE communication skills towards their subordinates; while trying to pass down a message.
