      Good short-term job out of college

      Cons

      Rewards incompetency and laziness. Lack of talented field workers making it a daily struggle. CEO & VP’s lack communication & listening skills and use the talented employees as a scape goat when problems occur even though they reviewed and approved. Management does not have your back... promises but doesn’t deliver and to many meeting and doesn’t accomplish anything.

      Micromanagement, bullying, targeting employees, disrespect, talk poorly to employees, so many more, just don't do it.

      Does not pay attention to the employees. Over worked sometimes . Doesn’t show they care about you it’s all business to them .
