Enjoyable and fulfilling work Great colleagues Flexibility Benefits are good, but not as good as they used to be

Pay is awful, and they will try to convenience that it is market value no matter how much proof you show them that it is not They don't value keeping employees AT ALL Career development/promotions are random; luck of the draw; not equitable at all They will breadcrumb you to death and never follow through They work hard on DEI initiatives for students, but when it comes to employees its all lip service HR has gone backward in regards to transparency "Cost of living raises" are a joke

The students were great but that's it.

Cons

The place made people feel less human - worked way to many hours for the pay, no recognition, they took away the Christmas holiday, never valued opinions and not open to any sort of change. Most of the people were mean just to be mean. VERY toxic environment.
