Coworkers are supportive, flexible hours, understanding of family priorities as it is a family owned business.

Cons

Lack of training. Low pay. No clear job description which leads to excessive workload. No company SOP's.

Great people were there, my coworkers got to be more like family, flexible with schedule if you need it, good enviorment

Cons

I couldnt get overtime or extra hours when I worked there, I couldnt get changed from part time to full time but it could be different by now
