Walbridge reviews

The hours were crushing as a Cost Analyst at Walbridge. The minimum was 50 hours per week. Any special projects, and during Gross Margin Reviews, it was a lot more than 50. Walbridge is big brother: they monitor and report personal internet use of your work computer, they conduct frequent random drug testing (not just pre-employment), and they require annual blood testing for health insurance rates.

Senior management doesn't seem to care about the employees. Raises are minimal. Emphasis on training and development but very little support given to those that seek growth opportunities. As a construction company, people working in the main office are viewed as lesser employees by some of the leadership - regardless of how hard you work or contribute. Talk a lot about innovative culture, but has done nothing to show it.
