      Pros

      Walbridge has been around 100 years this year - very stable company with great employees. If you work hard you'll earn the opportunity to grow within the organization. I'm excited to be a part of their continued growth.

      Cons

      I'd like to see more employee events. We have such great people it'd be great to spend some time with them all outside of the office.

      They allow for talent and opportunity for advancement within your career. If there is a change in your career path, estimating to project management or field management, they will allow it; but you have to show positive traction..

      Cons

      You have to be thick skinned to understand where and how management is striving to become better and win more market share. No room for cry babies
