Pros
100 year old profitable well known company. Great infrastructure for training and career development. Very nice personable people from VPs to Interns
Cons
Promotions seem to be handed out on a brown noising basis. Work ethic and productivity are not recognized nor rewarded. Bonus for lower level employees are very low and unfair. Rules only apply to those below Assistant VP positions for the most part. Too many bosses for each individual, poor communication between departments and unrealistic expectations for difficult tasks.
