The owners and user management keep the staff updated with current events, legal actions and CSO's being acknowledged for good achievement. Supervision is fair, very professional and encouraging to work with and for.

Providing suitable winter gear .

Work with some nice people on client properties.

Cons

Do NOT be drawn in by the homey, family description the company uses. It's anything but. They go through employees very quickly. Unpaid training. Most of the early paychecks are taken as equipment deposits. Very low pay. They only pay x1.5 for working holidays, while many employers pay x2.

You get a job. You get paid. Rarely do you get paid for what you actually work.

Cons

They have the most screwed up management team of anybody I have ever worked for. they want you to think they are professional but they are semi-pro at best. They lie about everything. They have written rules but it all depends on which manager you work for as to which rules get enforced and to what extent.
