Pros

-Hierarchy based and clear chain of command. -The higher you go up the ladder, the less physical work you are asked to do. -You can ask for extra hours for your store if you can prove why you need it versus Rite Aid where there was no leeway.

Cons

-Very political. Yes-men everywhere congratulating each other on conference calls and Linkedin. -If you get on a District Leader or higher's radar you will spend more than a year trying to get out of that stigma or you will get fired through "performance improvement plans."
